Euro Ski Magazine is in Bahn Orama

EURO SKI MAGAZIN FUR SKI-TOURISMUS STARTED IN KITZBUHEL Wow, Bill Fogarty and the start of the Euro Ski Magazine got featured in the magazine of the Kitzbuhel ski lift system in their 11th edition. The Magaine, for those of you unfamiliar with it is called Bahn Orama. The story, written in the German language by Rolf Stang a guy who is known more for his great photragaphy is available in German at www.brochures-on-line.com.  The story by Herr Stang covers two pages and is most accurate. Just a small portion which lists Fogarty as a member of NATO forces stationed in Germany is a misnomer. The story features the conception of Euro Ski Magazine on a train platform at Kitzbuhel station, and goes on to list the advertisers in the original 1978 edition. The story credits Euro Ski and Mr. Fogarty with bringing the vast numbers of the American and Canadian forces to ski in Kitzbuhel and different resorts of Europe. Mr. Fogarty, who is now a ripe 73 years and no longer the handsome guy shown above, thanks profusely Herr Stang for his writing of the article and Georg Hechenberger and Josef Burger the people responsible for the Kitzbuhel Bergbahn for the magazine in which it was published.
